Thursday's clash between the Sydney Kings and South East Melbourne Phoenix will see NBL Next Star Alex Toohey chalk up another milestone in his highly-touted career.
The Canberra product will play his 50th game in the NBL and become the first Kings Next Star to ever do so (with Didi Louzada being the next highest at 46).
"It feels great playing my 50th game," King #240 Toohey said.

"I’ve had a lot of great memories with my teammates and coaches and I’m very grateful for everyone that’s helped me along the way.
"[During these 50 games] I have definitely matured as a player mentally and physically as well as my game expanding to play multiple positions at a high level."

Toohey's Kings, who sit in fourth with an 11-9 record, will look to end a two-game skid during his milestone match against the Phoenix.
"South East Melbourne is a great team with a lot of good players," the 20-year-old said.
"Slowing down the pick-and-roll combination of Daerick Walton Jr and Jordi Hunter will be a big key to winning."
Tickets to the Hoops Capital double-header, which will also see the Flames battle Bendigo from 4.45pm, are still available here.
