Kings fans can score $23 Foot Locker dollars this Tuesday!

The $23 giveaway is part of a month-long celebration at Kings home games of Lebron Jame’s 23^rd signature sneaker – the Nike LeBron XXIII – available now at Foot Locker in a variety of colourways that commemorate some of the athlete’s most memorable career moments.

“We’re very excited to be partnering with the Kings, to celebrate the King,” said Brendan Graham, Foot Locker’s Senior Director of Marketing for Asia Pacific.

“Lebron is in his 23^rd season, is releasing the 23^rd iteration of his iconic signature sneaker, and wears number 23. It seemed only fitting to celebrate his impact on sneaker culture with a $23 gift to fans that can only be used within 23 hours”.

The connection between Lebron and the Kings runs deeper than purple and gold jerseys too, with Kings captain Matthew Dellavedova playing alongside Lebron in two back-to-back NBA finals, ultimately winning the Larry O’Brien trophy together in 2016 for the Cleveland Cavaliers, after famously coming back from a 3-1 deficit.
