He's only three games into his NBL career but it's clear to see why there was so much hype around Sydney Kings' Next Star Alex Toohey.
Through the first three games of the 2023-34 season, the Canberra product is averaging nine points, 5.7 rebounds and 1.33 steals as a starter for Mahmoud Abdelfattah's side.
Those stats don't tell the whole story though, with the 19-year-old's impact going further than the box score - highlighted by his strong +12 plus/minus through the first two rounds.

"The transition [into the NBL] has been good - I definitely feel like I’ve adjusted to the physicality and the speed of the game," said Toohey - who attended the Nike Hoops Summit earlier this year.
"[Admittedly] the biggest adjustment [so far] would probably be the physicality of the game, which is something that is going to continue to benefit my game [moving forward]."
Through the first two rounds, the new-look Hoops Capital side is 2-1 - a record the former Centre of Excellence athlete is confident they can improve on against Brisbane on Friday night at Nissan Arena.
"Our team has been getting better every day we step out on the court," the forward said.
"Coach [Mahmoud Abdelfattah] has done a great job getting the best out of us and putting each individual in the best spot to succeed and help the team win.

"[In terms of looking ahead] Brisbane are a good team, - our defence and rebounding are going to be important in slowing down their guards and trying to contain their bigs down low.
"If we do that, I have complete faith we will walk away with our third win of the season."
Friday's game will be streamed on ESPN via Kayo Sports at 7.30pm AEDT.
