The Sydney Kings are expecting big crowds at Qudos Bank Arena during their NBL23 Championship Grand Final Series, thanks to a massive response by its members and fans since the tickets went on sale days ago.
More than 10,000 are expected inside Qudos Bank Arena on Friday, March 3 for game one against New Zealand, while the response for game three seven days later is better than for any Kings' fixture during the 2022-23 campaign.

"We're really happy with the response we've received from the Sydney basketball community since tickets went on sale last week," Hoops Capital CEO Sean Nicholls said.
"And with a couple of days still until game one, we're expecting an uptick in purchases over the coming days, as excitement continues to build around our championships defence."
With just under a week till our first game of the Hungry Jack's NBL Grand Final Series, the Kings need to secure three wins to go back-to-back.

This season has proven a record-breaking one for the Hoops Capital club in terms of attendance, with the Kings setting two season-long records, including total attendance (144,307 fans) and an average crowd size (10,307) - and the Grand Final series appears to be following suit.
"As a club, we're really proud of the product we've been able to deliver at all our game days, which has translated to record numbers coming through the doors," Nicholls said,
"It's already been a record-breaking season in so many ways and we're excited to continue to share this journey with our loyal members and fans, as we aim to run it back and win the Kings' fifth NBL title."
Game one of the best of five contests tips off on Friday, March 3 at 7:30pm AEDT at Qudos Bank Arena, with tickets available here.
