Sydney Kings guard and Victorian product Tyler Roberston has signed with the Casey Cavaliers for the 2025 NBL1 South season.
After five years in college with Eastern Washington (2019-21) and Portland (2021-23), the Kings signed Roberston to a three-year deal.
In his first NBL season, he’s played in 20 games and is averaging 3.4 points, 1.3 rebounds, and 1.1 assists as a do-it-all ga\uard off the bench for coach Brain Goorjian.
“I’m looking forward to playing for Casey as it’s close to home with family and friends that I’ve been away from for five years now,” Robertson said.
“So getting to play in front of them as well for a great organisation is super exciting for me personally.”
With four games in double-digit scoring, expect the Cavaliers’ first signing to be an impactful big man in the South – bringing Casey some much-needed firepower after a 3-19 finish on the 2024 ladder.
