Lau named in NSW Blue team for nationals

Kings' Henry Lau has been named to represent NSW at next year's under 20s national titles in Ballarat.

Sydney Kings young gun Henry Lau has been selected to represent NSW at the upcoming under 20s national championships next year.

During the January 28 to February 2 tournament in Ballarat, Victoria, Norths Bears' Lau will line up for the NSW Blue squad.

Joining Lau in the 10-person side, to be coached by Sutherland's Pat Williamson, will be Tamworth's Tom Parsons and Charlie Whale, Hornsby's Brian Ansuh-Yeboah, Illawarra's Luka Cuda, Lithgow's Eric Downes, Sutherland's Bailey Macarthur, Hills' Gabriel Markovtzev,  Newcastle's Simon Troup and fellow Norths Bear Jesse Weinstein.

Kings intern coach Lachlan Clark will assist Williamson at the championships next year.

Lau's Kings next travel to Cairns on Friday, November 29 to face the Taipans from 7.30pm AEDT – live on ESPN. 

The Hoops Capital side’s next home game is on Sunday, December 15 against Brisbane from 4.15pm AEDT at Qudos Bank Arena.
