Kings tip-off NBL24 pre-season training

The Sydney Kings' journey towards a third straight NBL championship officially tipped off on Monday, following the start of pre-season training.

At the club's Auburn facility, returning Kings Jaylin Galloway, Angus Glover, Shaun Bruce, Jackson Makoi, Kouat Noi and Jordan Hunter were joined by new signings Jonah Bolden, Alex Toohey, Makuach Maluach and Klairus Amir on the court.
Throughout the day, the team of Mahmoud Abdelfattah - who arrived in Sydney last week - were put through medical testing, gym workouts and on-court skill training.

Training continues on Tuesday, with the squad's remaining players expected to join the group in the coming weeks.
Pre-season training will continue until mid-September's NBL Blitz on the Gold Coast and the club's season-opener against Illawarra on September 30.
