Goorjian set to coach 250th Kings game

Three days after chalking up his 850th NBL game, Brian Goorjian will coach his 250th Sydney Kings game - the first individual ever to do so - on Sunday, when his Hoops Capital side battle Cairns.
During that tenure, Goorjian has guided the purple and gold to three championships, from 2003-2005.
Ahead of the clash with the Taipans, let's take a statistical deep dive into Goorjian's career with the harbour city side - where he has never missed the post-season:

League-wide, Goorjian will become just the 10th in NBL history to chalk up 250 games as coach, following in the footsteps of Lindsay Gaze (663 with Melbourne Tigers), Brendan Joyce (387 with Illawarra Hawks), Brian Kerle (342 with Brisbane Bullets), Phil Smyth (299 with Adelaide 36ers), Trevor Gleeson (270 with Perth Wildcats), Aaron Fearne (264 with Cairns Taipans), Dean Vickerman (260 with Melbourne United), Ian Stacker (259 with Townsville Crocodiles) and Andrej Lemanis (258 with New Zealand Breakers).
