Our Skill Sessions for Term 2 2026 are packed with fresh initiatives designed to take your game to the next level.
Whether you're a beginner or an advanced player, there's something for everyone.
What's New This Term?
- Fresh new coaching faces: We're thrilled to introduce new coaches who bring a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives to our academy. Their expertise will help you refine your skills and elevate your performance on the court.
- Categorised weekly topics: Each week, we'll focus on specific aspects of the game, from shooting and ball-handling to defence and teamwork. This structured approach ensures comprehensive skill development and keeps the sessions engaging and dynamic.
- Guest appearances: Look forward to special guest appearances from players and coaches of our senior Sydney Kings and Sydney Flames teams. Gain insights from the pros, learn their secrets to success, and get inspired by their journey.
- Choose the training day that works best for you! Players now have the flexibility to attend either Wednesday or Thursday sessions across the term, making it easier than ever to stay consistent, balance commitments, and maximise development.
Times:
- U10: 4:00pm - 5:00pm
- U12: 5:00pm - 6:00pm
- U14: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
- U16 / U18: 7:00pm - 8:00pm
