They also feature heavily within the Kings inner sanctum at practice, and have become an essential component of the teams high performance, preparation and recovery processes.
Sydney Kings Chairman and owner Paul Smith who has a long-standing relationship with Gatorade was pleased to be welcoming them into the Kings fold.
“The Kings ownership group, Total Sport and Entertainment (TSE), has enjoyed an agency partnership with Gatorade in Australia spanning more than 20 years” Smith said.
“Gatorade has been one of our longest standing clients who we have a wonderful relationship with, and we are delighted to see them partner with the NBL and joining the Kings family. We’re also excited by the opportunity to be able to help Gatorade grow its footprint in basketball within Australia”.
Head of Marketing at Gatorade Tracy Hardwick said she was also looking forward to partnering with the Kings for the NBL21 season and beyond.
