Sydney Kings young gun Jaylin Galloway made an impressive debut for the Ipswich Force on Sunday, during their NBL1 match against Red City at JBS Stadium.
In the 79-73 win, Galloway totalled a game-high 27 points (on 8/17 shooting and including four triples), nine rebounds and one steal - highlighting why the Force, which also features Galloway's brother Kyrin (Adelaide 36ers) and Nathan Sobey (Brisbane Bullets), are one of the favourites to win the NBL1 North competition.

That title credibility will be put to the test in round two when the Force travel to Carrara Stadium on Saturday to play defending champions Gold Coast.
Next Saturday will also mark Shaun Bruce's 2023 NBL1 debut with Logan, who travel to the Northside Indoor Sports Centre to battle the Wizards.
In other NBL1 news, the Sydney Comets, who were without Archie Woodhill, downed Hornsby 88-56 on Saturday.
The Comets will look to improve to 4-0 this weekend at Comets Stadium when they host Bankstown from 5.30pm Saturday.
Staying with the Comets and fellow Hoops Capital star Vanessa Panousis once again dominated in the green and gold, to the tune of 37 points, 10 assists, four rebounds, one steal and one block - helping Sydney smash Hornsby Ku Ring Gai 109-53.
Not to be outdone was fellow Flame Jada Crawshaw, who recorded 13 points, nine boards, four blocks, three steals and one dime for the Comets.
The pair's Comets play the Bruins from 7.30pm AEDT Saturday.

The Wizards next play at home against Logan on Saturday.
In Darwin, Maddy Allen's 28 points, five boards, four steals and three assists weren't enough, as her Spartans lost 80-72 to the Salties.
They'll return home in round two and entertain the Sunshine Coast Phoenix from 6.30pm AEDT at Rowland Cowan Stadium.

At Townsville, Indi Bowyer made her Flames debut but her 20 points, five rebounds, four steals and one dime weren't enough, as her side went down 98-80 to rivals, the Cairns Dolphins.
Bowyer's side hit the road and head to Bravus Arena to lock horns with Rockhampton in round two.
The final Flame in action over the weekend was youngster Lilly Rotunno, who added 24 points, six rebounds, four assists and one steal in Red City's 82-65 loss to Ipswich.
Rotunno's side is on the road again in round two, taking on the Pirates on Saturday.
