Tickets selling fast for Kings' Christmas clash with Hawks

The Sydney Kings' NBL24 Christmas night showdown with the Illawarra Hawks is shaping up as bigger than the inaugural event, with the club experiencing a strong response to ticket sales.
In year two of the December 25 fixture, the Hoops Capital club is excited to unveil that 50 per cent more tickets have been sold this season compared to last campaign's historical match with Melbourne United at the same point in mid-November.
Of those sales, there has been a trend towards premium seating with more Kings fans looking to treat themselves to a unique experience for Christmas while tipping off the holidays with a bang.
To secure your premium seating spot, visit Ticketek's new platform, which is much easier for supporters to navigate, here.

"Our Christmas night game is one of the key fixtures on our schedule and we're excited that the Greater Sydney region is getting around it," said Hoops Capital executive director Paul Kind, who believes the 7.30pm AEDT tip-off time seems to suit families better than last year's 6.30pm start time.
"Last season's event was historic in many ways and we're keen to build on that and make this season's even more special.
"It's a concept we pioneered in the Australian sporting landscape and one we're keen to grow each and every year."

As well as returning partner The Salvation Army, the club's principal partner Harvey Norman will be helping bring the Christmas cheer at both the club's December 10 and 25 games at Qudos Bank Arena.
On the big day itself, Sydney Olympic Park's Novotel is doing a special Kings vs Hawks-themed Christmas dinner from 4-6pm, allowing hoops fans to have a lovely buffet dinner before their leisurely stroll to Qudos Bank Arena and a night of hoops action.
