Spurgin makes Kings debut against Taipans

The Sydney Kings had another player debut on Sunday, during their emphatic 26-point wiun against the Cairns Taipans at Qudos Bank Arena.
This time it was Toowoomba talent, Jason Spurgin - who tallied four rebounds (including three offensive) and one block in just 2.48 minutes of action.

Spurgin, who is now King #253, follows in the footsteps of teammates Keli Leaupepe, Bul Kuol, Cam Oliver, Izayah Le'afa and Tyler Robertson who all made their purple and gold debuts this season.
Spurgin's Hoops Capital team, who are now 4-2, now head to Launceston to play the Tasmania JackJumpers on Friday, October 18 from 7.30pm AEDT – broadcast on ESPN via Kayo Sports.
