The Brydens Lawyers Sydney Kings are on track to record the biggest NBL finals crowd in history for game three of the #NBL22 Grand Final at Qudos Bank Arena on Wednesday night.

The Kings need just one more win in the best of five series to secure the NBL championship.

DJ Vasiljevic sealed a win in game two against the Tasmania JackJumpers with an incredible three-pointer late in the game in Hobart on Sunday.

Sunday's win sparked a ticket-buying frenzy after the game with 2000 more sold on top of the 10,000 already sold when ticket sales opened last week.

It’s on track to easily surpass the 13,000 fans who attended Friday night’s game one at Qudos Bank Arena, which the Kings won 95-78.

Kings chairman and co-owner Paul Smith joined the chorus of Vasiljevic and coach Chase Buford calling on the Sydney community to “Pack The Q” on Wednesday night.

“This team have played their hearts out on the road this year with an all-time league record 12 straight away wins,” Smith said.

“Come on Sydney, be part of the moment at Qudos Bank Arena Wednesday and help bring The Sydney Kings HOME as we try to lift the NBL Championship trophy.

“Come and be a part of history.”

The club is planning to open every single section of Qudos Bank Arena, which means making available seats that have only ever been opened once before (for the famous “LaMelo game” between the Kings v Hawks 2019 when we had an NBL record crowd of 17,514).

New copper-class tickets will be available at $22 or $45 for families and will be available on level 3.

This is a chance for old and new fans of the Sydney Kings to show their support for the team in what will hopefully be the night the Kings secures its first championship since 2005.
