Sydney Kings import Cam Oliver admits this season has been a process for his side but has full faith they are headed in the right direction.
King #250 Oliver discusses this, and a range of topics, during an interview with 2GB's Adam Hawse on Thursday.
"In all of our eyes, this season has been a process and we've been slowly progressing as a group," said Oliver, who admitted that Brian Goorjian was the person he needed to revitalise his career.

"Obviously we'd like the record to be better, as there are some games that we should have won but we've learnt from them.
"We're now halfway through and our main focus is finishing the regular season strong."
The Hoops Capital team's next chance to do so is on Sunday when they host the Bullets at Qudos Bank Arena from 4.15pm.
"Honestly, I feel as though we haven't scratched the surface of how good we can be as a team," the California native said.
"It's now on us to prove that, starting on Sunday and if we do, honestly, I believe the sky is the limit."
Tickets to this Sunday's game, which will see the Hoops Capital club celebrate Heritage Round, are still available here.
