King #249 Keli Leaupepe had a night to remember against the Bullets.

Sydney Kings' Keli Leaupepe has a night to remember during his side's nine-point win against the Bullets on Saturday night.

During the round three victory, King #249 played just 15:44 at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, which is the fewest minutes ever played by a player who scored at least 20 points in a game in Kings' history (scoring 23).

This performance, which also included three rebounds and two triples, sees the Loyola Marymount University alum take the record over from teammate Kouat Noi, who played 17:32 for 23 points in round one of the NBL24 season.

It wasn't just a memorable night for Leaupepe, with Goorjian also breaking a number of records.

Sydney's coach has now won 168 games with Kings, which is now the most games he’s won for any of his clubs - overtaking his old record of 167 games he won as coach of the South East Melbourne Magic.

Saturday was also the first game he's won at Boondall in 20 years, with his last victory being game two of the 2003/2004 semi-finals against the Bullets.

The 3-1 Kings next take on Adelaide on Friday, October 11 from 7.30pm AEDT - broadcast live on ESPN via Kayo Sports.
