More than 100 members attended the Sydney Kings' open training session at Auburn Basketball Stadium on Thursday.

More than 100 members attended the Sydney Kings' open training session at Auburn Basketball Stadium on Thursday.

The Kings' NBL23 in attendance got a behind-the-scenes experience of watching the Hoops Capital side finalise preparations for Saturday's round five fixture with the Cairns Taipans at Qudos Banks Arena.

Following the on-court session, all the Hoops Capital side's players and coaches signed autographs and mingled with their loyal fans.

"It was great to finally allow our dedicated members to one of our training sessions, after not being able to host an event like this in recent years due to COVID-19," Kings CEO Chris Pongrass said.

"Events like this are a reward to our members, allowing them into the inner sanctum and witness firsthand how hard the players train on a daily basis.
