The Brydens Lawyers Sydney Kings, NBL and Champion have unveiled the jerseys for the 2020-21 season in a virtual launch giving fans and players a first look at the new jerseys.
Pre-sale available now, here.
The new look Kings jerseys feature a several new elements in the fresh new design which Kings fans can get excited about.
Brydens Lawyers Sydney Kings CEO Chris Pongrass said : “It’s always an exciting day when new jerseys get released.”
“Daniel, our designer, did a fantastic job incorporating some intricate details of the Kings brand throughout the designs, as well as giving a slight re-fresh to the colours, namely the purple home jersey.”
“Over the past few season we have opted to have just KINGS across the chest, but we’ll be bringing the SYDNEY name back into the design on our away jerseys. Our away jerseys follow a similar concept to our pin stripe heritage kits from last year which were hugely popular with our fans and members.”
“We also get to proudly welcome our new Naming Rights Sponsor Brydens Lawyers into the design which is important given the significance of the partnership. We’re thrilled to have them on board.”
“We know fashion is very personal but we hope our fans enjoy the jerseys as much as our team do,” Pongrass said.
David Bortolussi, Group President of Hanes which owns the Champion brand, said: “We are proud to see Champion taking to the NBL court after a challenging 2020.
“The brand has a long history of supporting athletes to show a spirit of resilience and achieve their potential, from the elite level in the NBL to kids everywhere across Australia and New Zealand. Never is this more relevant than today.”
Champion is no stranger to the basketball court, having produced the on-court NBA jerseys during the 1990s and into the 2000s.
The 2020-21 Champion NBL jerseys include sports performance fabrications to absorb moisture, are made of a lightweight material and feature overlapping side seams for ease of movement and a premium woven Champion jock tag.
