The Brydens Lawyers Sydney Kings have an extra reason to feel positive about the New Year and the upcoming NBL season. Players from the Kings, as well as the WNBL Sydney Uni Flames, will have the chance to join the burgeoning community at LIV Indigo – as part of a new partnership just signed between the Kings and LIV | Mirvac.
Located in the heart of Sydney Olympic Park, LIV Indigo is a brand-new apartment building with a difference – it is the first in Australia to be designed and built exclusively for renters.
Following its official opening in September, the property is proving a huge hit with renters, who are moving from as far away as Sydney’s eastern suburbs and lower north shore to join the now well-established LIV community.
A shorter commute won’t be the only perk for the sporting stars when they take up residence at LIV Indigo for the 21NBL season. The LIV Indigo team is setting out to provide the very best renting experience and deliver the highest standard of service for their residents.
The penthouse level is dedicated to shared communal spaces and includes a residents’ lounge, chef’s kitchen, BBQ deck, co-working and meeting room spaces, a cinema, gym and fitness studio. Events are held regularly to encourage the community to get to know each other. Residents are encouraged to paint, decorate and personalise their apartments, and pets are welcome. It’s no wonder they are such a happy bunch.
Kings CEO Chris Pongrass said LIV Indigo was the ideal home for the players this season.
“We’re delighted to team up with LIV this season and see our heroes join a welcoming community where they will be well looked after and feel really at home. The communal spaces are ideal for events but also provide important opportunities for players to relax. Creating the right mix of training and recovery is vital to helping these athletes perform at their very best.”
Jade MacAuslan, LIV Marketing Manager said the partnership with the Sydney Kings delivered on LIV Indigo’s commitment to build strong bonds within the Sydney Olympic Park community.
“Sydney Olympic Park is home to many sports and recreational activities and by welcoming the Sydney Kings to LIV Indigo we hope to demonstrate that this an exceptional area to live, work or play. Once everyone in the building is done asking how tall the players are, we hope they manage to feel right at home in our community.”
About LIV INDIGO
LIV Indigo at Sydney Olympic Park is a community designed and built exclusively for renters. We offer the flexibility of renting, with a sense of security and ownership more traditional associated with buying a home. We want to make life simpler, so we offer flexible leases to suit individual circumstances. There are no bonds. We have an onsite property maintenance team to help out whenever they are needed. We encourage residents to personalise their space and paint walls. Pets are welcome. We also want to build a strong community so we have designed the building with lots of communal and shared spaces for people to relax and connect. There’s a residents’ lounge, chef’s kitchen, fitness studio, kids area, co-working spaces, cinema and gardens. We think it’s pretty special, but we’d love you to come and see for yourself. www.livmirvac.com
