Kings look to rebound against Bullets

The Sydney Kings will be hoping for a quick return to the winner's circle this Saturday when they take on the Brisbane Bullets.
The Hoops Capital side head into the match off the back of their first loss of NBL25, going down by seven to Illawarra on Sunday.
Coach Brian Goorjian believes his group has learnt plenty from their round two loss to the Hawks and is excited for his side to bounce back on Saturday.

"One of the biggest learnings for us is executing under pressure in the half-court, which is one of the next steps for us as a group," Goorjian said.
"I keep saying it's important for us to get comfortable with different combinations and synergy with one another in those line-ups, which was quite apparent down the stretch against Illawarra, who are a group that have been together for a while.
"Being in a position like we were on Sunday, being down four with a few minutes to go, it's important we know who we can go to and where is best for them to succeed, when it's a possession on possession game like that, so we can grow and be better equipped next time we're in that spot.
"I'm sure with the more repetitions, both at training and in games, this group will continue to grow and get better."

The fixture, which pits the 2-1 Kings against the 0-2 Bullets, tips off at 8pm AEST at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on Saturday.
"We know this is going to be another close contest, like the first three we've had so far, so the effort areas for us are going to be key," the six-time NBL championship-winning coach said.

"You could see in Sunday's game, that the energy was lacking a bit on those 50/50 plays, potentially because of our travel and heavy legs but now we've had a whole week at home to prepare and freshen up, so I'm expecting an improvement in that area.
"Brisbane is going to be desperate but so should we - we're also coming off a loss.
"[Further to that] an area we need to concentrate on is controlling the paint and rebounds, especially against someone with serious size like Tyrell Harrison, who is playing really well for Brisbane."
