Longley, who serves as a special advisor at the Kings, has helped Hunter unmask his identity and balance his on-court and off-court personas.
“Luc has probably been the most vital person in my experience with the Sydney Kings. He saw a little bit of the strange weirdo he was growing up in me,” Hunter told Newscorp.

Hunter missed Sydney’s championship campaign last season due to injury but is poised to play a crucial role in the club’s mission to win back-to-back titles.
The Kings’ season tips off on October 1 against the Illawarra Hawks.
