The Brydens Lawyers Sydney Kings are pleased to announce the extension for a further three years of their valued partnership with one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds, Hostplus.
After officially coming on board with the Club back in 2017, Hostplus has become an important member of the Kings family and has continued to play an integral role in the team’s off-court success.
Established in 1988, Hostplus is proudly the industry superannuation fund for those who live and love hospitality, tourism, recreation and sport. Hostplus continues to evolve as the lifetime fund of choice for all Australians, with a focus on providing its members with low cost, high-quality, superannuation, retirement and advice services so they can enjoy a dignified retirement.
As part of its re-commitment to the Club Hostplus’ logo will feature across the front of the players jerseys for both home and away games. Hostplus will also become the Official Membership Partner of the Kings.
Kings CEO Chris Pongrass said it was an honour to have such a noteworthy brand like Hostplus re-join the club on another long-term deal.
“We are thrilled that Hostplus is continuing their partnership with us for another three years – they are a key part of the Kings family and we look forward to continuing to be involved in their brand strategy.”
“Hostplus continue to show their ongoing support for our Club. They are a market leader in their field who have ensured sustained growth in the performance of their fund year on year; it was important to align ourselves with such a successful organisation that share similar values and put their members first.”
“We would like to thank the entire Hostplus team for their unwavering commitment to the Kings and appreciate the time and effort that has gone into bringing this partnership to life” Pongrass shared.
Having been cheering the Kings on from the side lines for several seasons now, Hostplus is also looking forward to continuing its valued partnership with the Kings.
“We are delighted to extend our partnership with the Sydney Kings for a further three years. It’s been really inspiring to watch the Kings’ development over the last few seasons and the fantastic results that have been achieved along the way. With their sustained performance, the team can only go from strength to strength and Hostplus is excited to continue to be a part of that journey,” said Hostplus CEO, David Elia.
“Sporting franchises, along with the hospitality, tourism and recreation industries, have a major role to play in both our economic recovery and reconnecting us all socially and as a community. Hostplus is proud to support our partners in these efforts and our renewed association with the Kings is a key part of that”.
The Kings continue their NBL21 campaign this Friday night when they face Melbourne United from 7.15pm back at Qudos Bank Arena. The game will be available on ESPN, SBS on Demand and NBL.TV.
