Throughout the combined 25 home matches, between the Kings and Flames at Qudos Bank Arena and Quaycentre, the harbour city club will allow you behind-the-scenes access to shoot everything from pre-game warm-ups to fan excitement and the elite basketball games themselves.
"Our game days are second to none in Australian basketball and we’re excited to be able to tip-off this new photography internship program, which will give aspiring shooters invaluable first-hand experience," Hoops Capital CEO Sean Nicholls said.
“Our media team capture amazing content at both our Kings and Flames games and learning from them, in a fast-paced game day setting, will go a long way in developing their skills in this field.
“At Hoops Capital, we’re excited to help the next generation chase their dreams, on and off the court, and this is another step in proving that.”

“Throughout the course of my career, I’ve been fortunate enough to have had fantastic mentors, who’ve provided me with invaluable advice and guidance,” Tolhurst said.
“Now, in my third season with the Kings, it feels like the right time to pay it forward.
“I’m excited to connect with the next generation of shooters and help them along their path to success.
“I look forward to connecting with you all soon.”
