Hoops Capital East to host skills clinic with Xavier Cooks

Hoops Capital is thrilled to announce that King #217 Xavier Cooks will be assisting with a number of Academy skills sessions during term two.
The sessions, which will run during May and June, will give the next generation of Kings and Flames the chance to learn first-hand from two-time NBL champion Cooks.
The schedule for the sessions includes;
- Defensive fundamentals (May 21 and 22).
- Conditioning and agility (May 28 and 29).
- Dribbling and ball handling (June 4 and 5).
- Shooting and finishing techniques (June 18 and 19).

Wednesday's sessions, which you can register here for, will be for under 10s (4pm -5pm) and under 12 (5pm-6pm).
While Thursdays will be for under 14s (6pm - 7pm) and under 16s (7pm - 8pm) - with registrations done via here.
These sessions are designed to enhance your skills, improve your game, and most importantly, have fun.
