Sydney Kings coach Brian Goorjian and his Boomers’ road to the Paris Olympics has become slightly clearer with the announcement Australia is set to play a pair of exhibition games in Abu Dhabi in the lead-up to the tournament.
Australia, who also have Kingas physio David Hillard on their staff, will face off against the United States on July 15, before clashing with Serbia on July 16.
America has already named its 12-man Olympic roster, which is spearheaded by the likes of LeBron James, Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry.
Serbia will likely be led by two-time NBA MVP Nikola Jokic.

It has also been announced the Boomers will tackle China on home soil prior to the clashes with Serbia and the United States.
The clash will be part of the BALLIN' 24 series, in which each of Australia's Olympic and Paralympic representative teams will play an exhibition game in Melbourne across four days.
The Boomers have been drawn into an Olympic group that contains Canada and two yet-to-be-determined qualifiers.
Australia’s first game of the Paris Olympics is set to tip off on July 27.
