Game day guide: Round four vs Tasmania

Members Security Lane and Entrance
At last Sunday's game a new members security lane and entrance was trialled. Qudos Bank Arena received positive feedback so this trial will continue. The members security lane is the left most lane as you pass security.  This will then take you to the members entrance. To see our activations in the grand foyer (such as the throne, championship trophy display etc. simply turn right after you enter Qudos Bank Arena.

 

 

• Sydney Kings’ official salty snack partner, Pringles, will be poppin’ off at our home game this Sunday and giving out some baller prizes!
• Every fan will have their chance to WIN $1,000 when they play Shoot From The Chip on their phone. For your chance to win the cash, head to Pringles.com/ShootFromTheChip and select the “Chip” you think a Sydney Kings player will score from at the game. Not to mention… whether you’re in the stadium or watching from home, you’ll have a chance to win Shoot From The Chip at every single Kings home game this season!
• PLUS, at half time this Sunday, one lucky fan will get to Shoot From The Chip on the court for their chance to win a bunch of Pringles swag and tickets! So, dust off your freshest “Pop it and Lock It” moves… it’s on!

• The Member cap collection is located inside the venue, outside Door 16, which is approximately 40m to the left of the Members entrance. Caps are available for full season and 6-game members. Please bring your membership cards to the cap collection area where your barcode will be scanned. 
• Member lanyards will also be available from the cap collection area. Cap and lanyard collection will be available until tip off. 
• Note Member caps and lanyards will be available for collection at every game this season.

• The Brewery Bar will be open pre-game and post-game. The 2.00pm NBL game will be broadcast on big screens, members will receive a 20% discount on house drinks, kids eat free (one free kid's meal per paying adult and items from the kids menu) and Kings players will be at the venue from about 30-40 minutes after the game. More info here.
• Members Bar (level 1 opposite Door 44) will again be open pre-game and post-game and this week we are planning a player Q & A which is scheduled for approximately 30 minutes after the completion of the game.
• The Qudos Bank Members Lounge (located on Level 1 opposite door 29) will be open to Qudos Bank customers and all game attendees pre-game.
• The American Express Lounge is open to any American Express cardholder and up to 3 guests. More info here.

• All five of the Kings' championship trophies will be in the Grand Foyer from 2.00pm until 3.30pm for fans to take photos with.
• An additional "Grab & Go" merchandise outlet will be located in the Grand Foyer near Door 2. This will have a limited range of Kings merchandise and apparel available. 

• Our principal partner, Harvey Norman, will be providing epic giveaways throughout this Sunday's game. Get to your seats early to have the chance to win one of the first prizes including a $100 Harvey Norman voucher. Then at three-quarter-time, there will be a huge prize giveaway for three lucky fans. How do you become one of the lucky fans? If you still have pom poms from 8 or 15 October you are encouraged to bring them along.

Game day activations

• In addition to the Harvey Norman three-quarter-time giveaway, Mitsubishi will be providing foam hands for an in-game activation.

Member ticket information

• Full-season members whose membership cards have not arrived can visit us at the Membership Enquiries window at the Qudos Bank Arena Box Office from 2.00pm.  
• 3-Game, 6-Game and Regional members will need to use Ticketek tickets to access the venue so please ensure you have downloaded them to your phone before you get to the venue.
• 3-Game, 6-Game and Regional members whose membership cards do not arrive in time for the game can collect a temporary membership card from the Information Desk.

Things to know before you arrive

• Members will be required to bring their membership card to use at the members’ entrance (if you are unable to locate your membership card or have any issues, our membership team who will be located at the box office pre-game will be able to assist with any membership-related queries).
• Please minimise the size of bags you bring to the arena –  no bags over A5 (200 mm x 150 mm) sizing will be permitted into the venue. Backpacks of any size will not be permitted.

Getting to and from Qudos Bank Arena

• Fans are encouraged to use public transport on the day as spots may be limited in P1.
• Note, pre-booked car parking is only available up to 11.59pm on the day prior to the game and not on game day.

Food and Beverage Info

• The Platinum Plus Bar will be open for Platinum Plus members and ticket holders. Platinum Plus members and ticket holders will be provided with a wristband when you arrive at your seat. This will give you access to the Platinum Plus Bar.
• Members Bar (level 1 opposite Door 44) will again be open pre-game and post-game with 2 or 3 players visiting approximately 30 minutes after the game.
• The Qudos Bank Members Lounge (located on Level 1 opposite door 29) will be open to Qudos Bank customers and game attendees pre-game. 
• Multiple food and beverage outlets will be open throughout the venue. 

Kings Merchandise

• Kings merchandise is available for purchase inside the grand foyer as you enter Qudos Bank Arena. New in 2023, there will be an additional Grab and Go merch outlet also located in the Grand Foyer.
• You can also head to shop.sydneykings.com.au to purchase merchandise online.

Lost membership cards and membership Inquiries

• If you are unable to locate your membership card or have any issues, our membership team who will be located at the Box Office pre-game will be able to assist with any membership-related queries.

Member discounts

• Don’t forget to scan your membership card at our internal outlets to redeem your member discount on food, beverages and merchandise.
• If you don't yet have your membership card you can visit the Membership Inquiries window to pick up a temporary membership card.
