Biography
Despite having undergone a knee reconstruction, is returning to the Sydney Kings as a development player in 2023/24 and will look to return to the court in the first half of the season.
After appearing in 15 games last season for the Kings to be part of the championship winning squad, he ruptured the ACL in his right knee in February and since has undergone the reconstruction leading to a near 12-month recovery.
However, the Kings showed faith in him to re-sign him for the next two seasons, remaining a development player in NBL24 and then graduating into a full roster member for the 2024/25 season.
While born in Egypt, is a South Sudanese national team member and moved to Melbourne with his family when he was young before finishing his high schooling at Saint Louis Christian Academy.
From there, spent a season at Lee College in Baytown, Texas and then the 2020/21 season with Daytona State College in Florida before the impressive and long point guard started his professional career.
His first stint was in Croatia with Vrijednosnice Osijek, before coming back to Australia and joining the Sydney Kings for the 2022/23 season.
