Biography
Won three championships in the first four seasons that he was in the NBL, but now the versatile defensively minded swingman is looking to further consolidate himself at the Illawarra Hawks.
Was born in Suban but moved to Perth with his family when he was four and that's where he grew up, before spending two years at the NBA Global Academy as part of the Australian Institute of Sport.
Then on the back of leading Western Australia to a first under-18s national championship in 17 years in 2008, joined his hometown Perth Wildcats as a development player for the 2018/19 season.
Spent three seasons at the 'Cats and while he never averaged more then 7.2 minutes a game in any of those, he was part of championship winning teams in 2019 and 2020.
Joined the Sydney Kings for more opportunities and a full contract in 2021/22 and ended up being a starter on the championship winning team, earning a reputation as one of the best defensive players in the league.
Was craving having the ball in his hands more on offence similar to what he did when leading the Warwick Senators to a championship back home in 2020, with Mike Ellis coach and Cody Ellis captain.
He had a solid first season in NBL23 at the Hawks and now aged 22 will be looking to take things up a gear in NBL24.
